Bitumen Modification Unit MB-25
Manufacturing of the MB-25 bitumen modification unit at the ErichHahn production facility. The unit produces all grades of PMB, PM and PG bitumens to all applicable standards. ErichHahn is carrying out the design, manufacture, supply and installation of a bitumen terminal for the Georgian company Rustav Oil.
Mobile Tanks MT100
Manufacturing of mobile tanks for Rustav Oil at the ErichHahn production facility. ErichHahn is carrying out the design, manufacture, supply and installation of a bitumen terminal comprising a bitumen modification unit MB-25, a bitumen pumping and distribution unit HPDU-93, and three mobile tanks MT100. The tanks were transported to the customer from the workshop by road.
Truck Unloading Station ATU-2
Assembly of the automatic truck unloading station ATU-2 with two hoses for tank trucks. The ErichHahn truck unloading unit is in high demand and is supplied by the company to all continents. System components include pumping equipment, filters and intake hoses. Connection diameter: 100 mm. Overall dimensions (L×W×H): 6000×2500×2600 mm.
Mobile Truck Loading Unit MTL
Assembly of the mobile truck loading unit MTL. Truck loading capacity: 2,000 t/day. The unit includes a supporting steel structure with a ladder and service platform, a transfer gangway, a closed top-loading device, a control station, and process equipment for organizing the tank-truck loading process.
